A Great Place to Live!
March 19, 2025I love my new apartment and appreciate that it has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The new Manager, Samantha is very kind and got us into our new place pretty quick. I love my porch and the ring doorbell camera. This has been a great experience overall!Property Manager Responded

overpriced under deliver
March 11, 2025Trash from construction all over the property. Took 6 months to get a mailbox. Don’t salt the hill to get into development so cars get stuck any time there’s a winter storm. Not nearly enough parking.Property Manager Responded

Our goal is to create a comfortable, welcoming community, and we truly value your feedback as it helps us improve. We understand that living in a developing community can occasionally present challenges, and we appreciate your patience as construction nears completion. While some final touches remain, the most disruptive work is behind us. We will continue working with our construction team to ensure the property remains clean and well-maintained. Regarding the mailbox delays, we completely understand your frustration. Due to supply chain disruptions following Hurricane Helene, securing the kiosks took much longer than expected. However, after working closely with USPS, we have received final approval, and residents are receiving their mail. We also recognize the importance of winter weather preparation. Unfortunately, there was an unexpected delay with our third-party vendor for ...snow removal. That said, the necessary treatment was completed before the next round of freezing weather, and we are committed to ensuring timely service moving forward. Above all, we want you to feel heard and at home. Please don’t hesitate to reach out to our team so we can work through any ongoing concerns and enhance your experience here.
