Belle Savanne is a luxury Class A community in Sulphur, Louisiana that opened in 2016. We are a pet friendly community offering 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments-furnished and unfurnished. The spacious one bedroom one bath plan options range between 670 and 724 square feet. The two bedroom two bath plans are spaciously designed between 1,110 and 1,143 square feet. The three bedroom apartment tops out at 1,262 square feet. Separate utility rooms for the full size washer dryer are a big plus, as are the huge walk-in closets. There will be plenty of space for all your stuff. While you will enjoy scenic country views, convenient shopping and dining is nearby including Kroger, Maplewood Plaza Shopping Center, Starbuck’s and Walgreens. The medical center of West Calcasieu Cameron Hospital is just north between Ruth Street and Beglis Parkway. Love nature? Of course you do! October 20, 2023I've been staying here weekly for over a yr due to my job, and I travel back home on weekends. I can say this property is more than I could have imagined for Sulphur. I certainly did not hesitate renewing my lease for another yr because the entire staff has treated me with nothing but generosity,kindness,and helpfulness. I've never witnessed a property this well organized and clean in all my traveling for work career. The grounds,buildings,and the amenities are spotless. I look so forward to ...some family members that are supposed to come, to get to see my home away from home. Thank you to all the Belle Savanne staff for making this a wonderful experience for me.You all have restored my faith in apartment living. Also the added lights to the fountain is a beautiful sight/view. Thanks for those as well. One last thing, because i do not do reviews very often,if at all, but seeing how quickly our Courtesy Officer responds to a call is very impressive. BEST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE!
October 19, 2023After the passing of my grandfather, I moved my grandmother to Belle Savanne temporarily for a fresh start and to be closer to her son, grand children & great grandchildren. I did this sight unseen, completely online & over the phone with relatively low expectations. However I was pleasantly surprised with how simple & accommodating the process was. The facility was nice, certainly inline with the pricing, likely above what you would get for the price. Though the facility & apartment itself was ...secondary to the community. Not only the staff & management but the other tenets as well. My biggest fear is that she would feel alone but so many people without request check on her, visit & make sure she attends the community events for mingling. This temporary place has become her home, one she has grown to love. The little things are what count at a place like this, you pay for a nice apartment, security, responsiveness but the community is something that is out of control. I am so thankful to the management, staff and community for what they have done and am truly indebted to every single one of them. Paradise on Earth
July 29, 2021I stayed in my top floor apartment for hurricane Laura and delta in 2020 I never felt more safer..the interior is absolutely beautiful.. the staff is absolutely amazing and understanding of your needs and the importance. The Amenities and Service Is Quite Good
July 29, 2021A great place to call "home". The entire staff always greet you with a smile and are very helpful to our needs, and are quick to attend to any problems that arise. The grounds and facilities are kept clean every day by friendly courteous workers. The workout rooms are open 24//7 are rarely crowded and the pool area is lovely. I live alone here and could not feel safer anywhere else.
