Make sure you drive around the area and see if you like it. There is no balcony for the apt unless you count the walkway. Feral cats roam around and so it smells sometimes in the courtyard and no one takes care of the area, so trash collects from some of the tenants or their visitors.
You do get a lot of space for your money though. I lived in a one bedroom and had a huge walk in closet, big bathroom and living area. Lots of storage and my electricity bill was relatively low. Its not in the best ...

Good place for a low cost and space and centrally located in Tucson.
Management company took care of everything too, air filter changes and repairs and etc, just had to call them.
