Bellevue Gardens is a 85-unit apartment community located near Speedway and Wilmot on a quiet street. It is conveniently located near the bus lines and shopping centers, Nearby we have the Park Place Mall, restaurants, banks, and hospitals. The apartments are newly renovated with laundry facilities and a pool. Many units also come with upgraded flooring. There is ample parking and nice shade trees in the courtyards. Covered parking is also available. Our large spacious floor plans and great location is convenient to University of Arizona. Some apartments may be listed as available but may not be available for immediate move-in or to show. Our apartments can go fast and it's on a first come first serve basis so please call for availability and to schedule a showing! Please note: Due to our heavy traffic for our apartment rentals, our availability may not be accurate under the Apartment Section. Bellevue Garden Apartments
May 27, 2025Been living here for over a year and love it. Management is awesome and courteous. The property is maintained and clean. It’s off the main road so it’s peaceful and quiet. Maintenance is on top of any work orders that are submitted. The Gardens is a nice apartment complex with a great community. Great Management - Highly Recommend
October 10, 2021I lived here for about 5 years and while I wanted a more updated place to live and moved, I didn't realize how good I had it with the management here. Super kind, responsive, and accommodating. They felt like family. I know when I left they were working on updating some of the units, which is nice. And even though the prices had been increasing steadily, the price of my one bedroom apartment was still less than I saw anywhere else. A Wonderful Place
November 16, 2017I have lived at Bellevue Gardens for over a year now, and if it was available, I would sign a twenty year lease in a heartbeat. I love the entire staff as a second family. They really do care a lot about their tenants. I am always treated with the utmost respect and dignity. Bellevue Gardens, takes great pride in resolving problems right away. The property is always clean and well landscaped. In addition, at Bellevue Gardens, you get a very warm and inviting apartment for a very low price. I love ...it here so much, and plan on staying here for many more years to come. This is a very quiet property with no drama. A great place for students and seniors alike.
