Bellevue Gardens is a 85-unit apartment community located near Speedway and Wilmot on a quiet street. It is conveniently located near the bus lines and shopping centers, Nearby we have the Park Place Mall, restaurants, banks, and hospitals. The apartments are newly renovated with laundry facilities and a pool. Many units also come with upgraded flooring. There is ample parking and nice shade trees in the courtyards. Covered parking is also available. Our large spacious floor plans and great location is convenient to University of Arizona. Some apartments may be listed as available but may not be available for immediate move-in or to show. Our apartments can go fast and it's on a first come first serve basis so please call for availability and to schedule a showing! This complex isn’t owned by some giant out-of-state corporation, it is owned and managed by real people. Because of that, they treat you like a person. If you communicate with them, they will make so many situations work. Rent hasn’t gone up for existing tenants for at least two years.
