May 22, 2026 - Review from Apartments.comI have been living in one of their 5 1/2 apartments since January 2026. However, the heating has not been working since we moved in, and now, with summer and warm days ahead, there is no AC, both of which are included in the rent $$$. Surprising that it's going on since Jan 2026, and unable after almost 6 months to "repair a leak in the system". While some responses are relatively professional, it would be helpful if they gave me a repair date. Also, unless I am challenging them, there is no ...effort to own up to the deficiency, which is not professional. This is an administrative headache I did not want - beware. The only reason I am not giving a one-star is that the apartment is nice.Read More
