        My experience living here has been very bad from the first day. I have only lived here for two months, but it has already been a nightmare. The apartment was infested with cockroaches when we moved in with children, and this issue has not been resolved. Pest control was sent several times, but there is no result. Management does not respond to emails, and maintenance requests are closed without any work being done. It took a month to fix the washing machine. The pool is dirty and not safe to ...
        use. Overall, there is a lack of proper service, care, and responsibility toward residents. The management seems focused only on bringing in new tenants, while current residents are left to deal with problems on their own. Very very bed ! Not recommended!!!!! These apartments are not worth the money.

        I moved in at the end of December 2025 and I am so happy with my apartment! Raul, the manager, helped me find an apartment that feels like home that's quiet and comfortable. Bedroom size is big with and an even bigger closet. Plan to stay living here for sometime.

        Wouldn’t Recommend

        I wouldn’t recommend living at the property. Cars broken into all time and gates normally broken. The walls are thin you can hear everything in units around you. Not a lot of area to walk animals, little areas that are provided other tenants with larger animals don’t pick up after them at all.
