Bad customer service
October 5, 2023New manager is very rude with the residents. I came to the office to speak with her and she careless about residents issues. Same day I gave my notice to vacate. Not renewing my lease. Do not recommend this apartments.Property Manager Responded

Wouldn’t Recommend
December 27, 2022I wouldn’t recommend living at the property. Cars broken into all time and gates normally broken. The walls are thin you can hear everything in units around you. Not a lot of area to walk animals, little areas that are provided other tenants with larger animals don’t pick up after them at all.Property Manager Responded

June 2, 2022Walls are paper thin, can hear everything from upstairs neighbor. Hallways are dirty and tenants are inconsiderate and rude. Parking is a mess, visitors get towed for parking in non visitor parking spots when visitor parking spots are taken by residents and management wont do anything about. Not worth it
April 8, 2022When I first started living here 1yr ago I was exited because it seem like a nice place nice neighborhood to live in. Now I’m just fed up and I can’t wait to leave. 1. Depending on who you talk too in the office they’re either going to be nice or not nice at all, but either way they won’t listen to you till you complain more. 2. Dog poop everywhere It smells so bad, and I’ve complained about it but like I said you have to keep complaining till they listen to you. They seem to neglect cleaning ...in the backyard are where building 6 is because people touring can’t see it… 3. If you love being woken up at 4am by a barking dog this is a wonderful place to live because they have paper thin walls you hear EVERYTHING! 4. Sometimes in the day/ night there’s cars speeding in/out of here. Very dangerous. Also people don’t look when they turn here. Someone hit my boyfriend from the back while he was leaving to work. The back bumper fell, and luckily he got the guys insurance but be careful how you drive! 5. I just didn’t have a great experience and I wouldn’t recommend anyone staying here I understand it’s apartments, but for the price that they are now listing these apartments it’s not worth it. They are also nice when you want to move in, and once you start living here they’ll treat you like an eyesore. 0 stars if I could..Property Manager Responded

My living experience
April 6, 2022To each their own! For me walls are way to thin. If you aren’t tolerant of noise don’t move here. Or at least don’t be silly and move on the 1st 2nd floor. Extremely loud. Yes it’s apartment living but I have never in my years of living experience this much noise whilst living in an apartment.Property Manager Responded

Do not stay at these apartments
January 2, 2022Worst apartments !!! 3 different property managers in the last year. Walls are then so it is extremely noisy all the time. You will not have a night of peace. Management does nothing to help guest in any way shape or form.Property Manager Responded
