Cosmetically speaking the apt is nice, and the amenities are worth the price they ask. With that being said be sure to keep documentation on everything you do, done, or will do at this apt. They tell stories and these stories will captivate you until you start to see reality. For the price they ask you pay, you can find another apt with all the same specs and better accountability and tact.

Went through the move out process and did everything right. Signed every piece of paper, paid every dime we owed for breaking a lease. We were promised a final statement at our forwarding address, which we never received. Called them multiple times asking for this, and all we received via email was a balance due for dates AFTER we had moved out and signed a move-out form. We disputed this with them and they told us that we were correct, and that this mistake would be rectified. We still never ...
received a final statement, and a few weeks later we received a letter from a collection agency for the balance due on the dates we didn’t live here.
This is likely the management you will have to deal with upon signing a lease here. I suggest you look elsewhere.

I actually lived here for a year and a half and enjoyed my stay! It was quiet and safe! The front office staff was amazing from being to end! The only reason I moved out is because I accepted a job overseas. However, due to the social climate and pandemic I will not be going overseas again I am looking to lease with Belmont Crossing again! Truly one of the best kept secrets in Riverdale! Don't hesitate to give this place a try!

My husband and I rented a 1 bedroom apartment home for 1 year before fleeing this community. Although Ms. Jan is wonderful, other members of the office staff need retraining in customer service and customer satisfaction. Make sure they write down and sign whatever they tell you they are going to do because policy understanding varies depending on whom you’re talking to. If they say they’ll call you back, they will not.
Within the first three months of living here, we had to call maintenance half ...
a dozen times for varied issues including no AC, no hot water, electrical issues with the refrigerator, and pest control. The A/C unit goes out every few weeks. The wiring is old so plugging up large appliances like your dryer may cause all of your lights to go out. These apartments tend to be quiet and the grounds are well kept, however, the actual units are falling apart. Paying extra for an upgraded unit just means that appliances are a different color. The infrastructure remains the same. If you open your window, the frame will fall out. If you spill water on the carpet, it will stain. If you brush against the wall, layers of paint will come off. When moving in, the cheap laminate in the laundry room was already torn, yet we were charged at move out. The apartments are over priced for the level of service and level of luxury offered.
The gym, tennis courts, and basketball courts were closed for the duration of our stay. Every Monday trash is piled up in excess of the trash can’s confines. It is advertised as a gated community, however the gates are broken and the community has no plans to fix this issue. Because of the wooded area around the community, bugs will find their way into your home nonstop. It’s best to get friendly with maintenance as they will be in your apartment nonstop. Everything will break since the apartments are ancient.
At move out, you will be charged for everything. Regardless of how much you clean, you will be charged for tub and toilet cleaning, carpet cleaning, and clean up of items in the kitchen which should be cleaned by the apartment anyway.
To be honest, these apartments are just not worth the hassle. One can find a better deal with better service in a better community easily. The shopping areas nearby are HOOD! We drove to Fayetteville once a week for all of our shopping needs.

We have lived here me and my roommates for about a year. We have experience harassment and the management is rude and very impolite. They try to raise our rent for things we already pay for numerous of times. Neighbors are okay can be very nosy at times (I like my privacy so I don’t like everybody in my business). We had mold in our apartment they called there selves cleaning it but it just made it worse reported 3+ times. If there are issues the management lady likes to come to the door with ...

Pool is always nasty, they want you to pay an extra 25$ to use the gym after hours(which is stupid Ive never had to do that), have mild criminal activity with breaking into cars and tires being stolen. My fiancee and I have lived here for about 6 months now, and we like it very much. The office people are very nice and helpful, the grounds are kept nice, the gym is adequate. I do wish the pool was open (it's now mid June in GA.... could have been open for at least a month by now), the gate was functioning (not that I feel unsafe), and that the on-site laundry machines worked. That last one is pretty annoying, since we don't have our own machines. BUT, with all the said, I LOVE our apartment. ...
We have the 2BR/2BA, and it's large and attractive. We love our fireplace and the sunroom. The other people in the complex are friendly and considerate for the most part, the grounds are attractive and cared for, and the whole place is really nice overall. Especially for the price. Don't know where to start actually. I been living here for almost 10 yrs now, 1st thing is that the same staff is still here when I 1st moved in which is something within itself.
