Belmont Lodge’s landlord and corporation are poorly unorganized and not professional, they loose people’s important documents containing personal information and also give out personal information that should not be given out to and about tenants, you can never get in contact with the landlord or corporation if something is wrong because their never here when their scheduled to be and never answer calls, including maintenance. They “loose” maintenance forms for things to be fix because of them ...
receiving bonuses at the end of the year for not having to fix things when they really did have things and also never fix things properly when needed be, and they wait months at a time to fix anything and sometimes not at all, one case stated that they went a whole year without having any air conditioning after putting in 10 maintenance orders.They treat their tenants very poorly and unfairly, they don’t go by their policy’s and evicted good people when they don’t need to be evicted and keep some that need to be gone, because of the tenant either doing drugs or showing domestic violence and other tenants having to constantly call 911, for the safety of their family, but because of the landlord having a personal relationship with them they are kept there.Every tenant that has been interviewed has stated the same situations which is a total of 50+ tenants that either have lived there and has been done wrong and or currently lives there. The Mayor of Paris TN has even been contacted for the problems taken place and will be getting involved after seeing the 50+ interviews. Therefore, Belmont Lodge Apartments is not a reliable place to live
