Love my apartment home here at Belmont Park West. Office staff always helpful. Maintenance team the best. New landscapers doing a great job bringing back a beautiful outdoor space. Trash company doing a poor job though.

I really like living here most of the time. However over the weekend I took my trash to the dumpster and was not able to throw it away. Apparently most people don’t know they can use that 2X4 to push their trash into the dumpster. And because they didn’t do that everyone just piled up their bags outside the door to the dumpster and everywhere else I might add. Our maintenance crew must be so disgusted by this behavior. Having to pick up after grown people is just wrong.

I have loved living here at Belmont Park. The front office ladies are all incredibly sweet and quick to respond. My dog loves to stop by on our walks just to get some love and pets. The maintenance crew is incredible!! Their response time is the same day, and they truly go above and beyond in ensuring everything is perfect. I have never felt unsafe living here. There is a great walking path around the pond for walks with your dog or your family. There are also two great dog parks where your dogs ...
can enjoy roaming off-leash. The only improvement needed is more parking or stricter rules on the number of cars per apartment allowed. Other than that, this is a great place to live, and it sits in the perfect location -- a 15-minute drive from downtown Savannah and 5 minute drive from Pooler.

There is an issue with people not picking up after their pets. Also there is not adequate parking, and many residents smoke in the neighborhood despite it not being allowed.
