May 12, 2025I've had a generally positive experience living at this apartment community. The maintenance team is responsive and usually resolves issues quickly. The grounds are well-kept, and I appreciate the quiet atmosphere. The office staff are very helpful. January 8, 2025This apartment complex is up to date on the inside and I love the screened in patio. The only downside is the people who are approved to live in the area. They claim to be a “smoke free” complex, but you will almost always see someone smoking week late at night or cigarettes early in the morning. Additionally, the walls are VERY thin and you can hear any noise from neighbors above you and next to you. There will always be cars parked in the middle of the road because they are too lazy to park in ...the next complex and walk over. Finally, the appliances are almost always broken, so anyone can enter the apartment if they please. Overall and ok living space, but if management would spend more time on the approval process, 70% of these issue would be fixed.
