STAY AWAY
December 22, 2025I've been here almost 4 years now. It's only gotten worse. You can tell ownership is neglecting this place. There's no support. It's understaffed. It's underdeveloped. It's practically held together by hopes and dreams. Fire alarms constantly beeping, a gate that's constantly open, window shutters 4 stories up clacking - being held on by a single screw. Terrible
December 22, 2025Do not move here. Every month, this place gets gradually worse. Management staff do not care. You can never reach anyone on the phone. When they respond via email, it can take as much as a week.Property Manager Responded

The worst place in the world
September 1, 2025If you like the smell of weed in your apartment, want to know everything your upstairs neighbor is doing, and love being frustrated by new things on what feels like a daily basis, then The Belmont is for you. Do not move here. Surely anything else nearby would be better. I wish I had looked at more places and I cannot wait to leave. The only positive to this place is the location. There's nothing else. Do not be swayed by Free Chick-Fil-A Breakfast and Taco Trucks. Nothing works as it should ...here. By nothing, I mean nothing. Name an amenity. It won't work. - Our washing machine has been broken for nearly a month. I had to create a copy of our key because maintenance must have lost ours or something. They've entered our apartment plenty of times when no one was home before. - The general construction of the place is trash. Units have paper thin floors. You hear everything your upstairs neighbor is doing. Footsteps, when they're in the bathroom, conversations, TVs. My upstairs neighbors were/are extremely loud. I complained to the complex about it multiple times, and they never really did anything. I had to handle it myself. Luckily they weren't crazy. - The carwash doesn't work. - Valet Trash doesn't pick up for weeks at a time, leaving you with multiple bags outside at a time. It is a violation to have more than 2 bags, and the complex will file a lease violation with you if this happens. Your only option is to pay $30 a month AND take your own trash when this happens. This happened to me. That's why I know. - It's impossible to reach the courtesy officer. - There isn't enough parking for the lower buildings. - Staff don't communicate even with themselves. If you have a problem, you can expect a reply in a week or more. When you do get a reply, they will not understand your issue and dismiss you. - There are constant issues with what should be our security system - the gate, fobs, fire suppression, mythical courtesy officer. - Multiple cars have been broken into in the time I've been here with seemingly no increase in any kind of security measures. Not even sure our parking lot has cameras. - There's a homeless camp just like 20 feet from the 1000 building. No fence or anything. Property Management gone downhill
September 10, 2023Don’t let the fancy and neat entrance deceive you. From the time we moved in 2 months ago until now, it has been a constant battle to communicate with the leasing office staff. The motto here is for maintenance to do a half job in fixing issues, put Band-Aids on and say they are out of inventory. Since we moved in, we have had damaged windows, leaky toilets, a leaky AC unit, a leaky shower spout, missing shower drains, and none has been properly resolved. When we first moved in, the apartment was ...dirty, had no smoke detectors, wasp nests were in the balcony, and countless more issues that were time consuming and unwarranted for a new resident to handle. If the property management took it seriously to resolve tenant issues, communicate with the community, and maintain the property’s units to a higher standard, then Belmont Place would have the potential to be a great community, but it fails to deliver the luxury experience that it advertises.Property Manager Responded

New Management is total disaster
July 5, 2023I moved out of my apartment in June 2023. After much follow up as I left my apartment on what I will owe them as Final amount, I received incorrect Final settlement. I am constantly trying to reach them to understand and get the final settlement corrected or explained. However, there have been no communication. I am just receiving these Notices, First Notice and Second Notice stating if I don't submit the amount, it will be handled by collection office. I have already paid for one month of rent ...in two months notice. Now they are asking me to pay two months rent in addition to lease breakage fees of one month rent. I have tried to call them on phone and dropped 3-4 reminder mails to update the amount, however no response just notice mails. Earlier also, when I reached to them in May 2023, to understand what will be my obligation if I have to leave the apartment because of unforeseen circumstances of leaving country. Information was miscommunicated and I have to pay for additional month rent because of that. Now I am trying so hard from outside US to reach them and they are always unavailable. April 25, 2023We've been living at Belmont Place for 7 years..this is our last year, thank god. The last 3 years or so haven't been the best. Maintenance requests will sit for months. We had 2 major leaks in the bathroom ceiling that were never fixed. Maintenance was supposed to come back and cut out the bad drywall and replace it because there is mold. One of the leaks dripped down the wall so the paint peeled off. That was never fixed either. The back gates have been broken for well over 8 months now, very ...irritating and pointless to even have them. Broken appliances sit in front of the garages constantly. Such an eye sore. I'm surprised someone hasn't hit them with their car yet. I've had several packages stolen out of the mail room. Sometimes there's not any lockers available, so fedex and UPS have to leave items out. I'll get the delivery notification and maybe an hour or so later when i go up to get my package, it'll be gone. The first few years here were wonderful, but now it's just been pretty disappointing. Adrian stopped by a few months ago to change out our air filter and check the smoke detectors. He was awesome, very helpful! Sad to hear that he will be leaving.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
