Roach Motel
April 22, 2019Let me start by saying the appliances were infested with roaches. We get weekly pest control and keep all food sealed and cleaned but the roaches are still showing up. If you submit a work order they will mark it as completed even if it is not truly fixed. Additional fees not expected is also great. There’s no place like home
April 14, 2019When you find that special place that really treats you like a part of the Community Family. They go out of there way to interact on a daily basis giving back to the complex with all of their creativity. Some places your s number , here you matter. Never have I ever walked in and seen Jillian not being bubbly and helpful. Even in days that you’ve had a rough day she can immediately find something to May your day turn around. So that’s why I say there’s no place like Home! Reviewing a lease ahead ...of time with no hesitation because your know you’ll never find anyone that brightens the day like Jillian. This mgr has talent , she adds her personality to her professionalism and then adds that special touch of greeting and what do we have “ we’ve got talent “ . Just look st the creativity as it comes to life, there’s never a drab month in the Office. So if your searching for the place, this is the PLACE!! I couldn’t feel more at home than I do !! November 3, 2017I have been living here for 5 years and other than the minor hiccups with maintenance, I absolutely love this place. There has been some changes here but Sophea is still here and she is the reason I continue to renew each year. The office staff makes you feel more than just a tenant. They truly care. There is a new maintenance guy and he is quick to make sure things are getting done. I've called the office to out in a work order for my ac and he showed up at my door 10 mins later. I love it. The ...lights on the property are all functioning which I am pretty happy about. Landscapers take pride in their work and you can definitely see it out on the property. August 1, 2017No sirve vivir aquí, mal mantenimiento por parte del personal, llevo más de un año con el A.C en mal estado y no han podido arreglarlo tira agua por todos lados y toda esa agua va a salir por el piso del baño, ésta gente no se preocupan por los inquilinos, solamente les preocupa que nuestro pago el fin de mes llegue a tiempo. Y eso de los gabinetes en mentira porque todo esto aquí está más viejo y podrido que nada. No recomendado para nadie ah se me olvidaba también que hay muchos bichos, ...cucarachas espantosas!Property Manager Responded
