Not fancy, but great for the price
August 15, 2022The building I lived in was clean; my neighbors were generally kind and quiet. The only issue with other tenants was handled by the office staff really quickly and reasonably. The office manager ALWAYS remembered me even though I traveled and was hardly there. She made the experience feel so much more personal than I expected living in a cheap-ish complex just off campus. I would definitely live there again. There's a fenced-in area for dogs that other residents are great at sharing. And having ...it there meant there was little issue with pet waste elsewhere on the property. Plenty of dog waste bins available on walks around the area.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

Don’t give this one a chance
May 4, 2021I have a friend who has lived here for around two years. While living here, this property’s basic build apartments are not good and the rent is higher then it should be for what you are getting. The amenities it has (pool, gym) are barely functional and/or small. And do not bring friends or family around, the complex is not ok with cars in their parking lot though the lot is more than have empty 24 hours out of the day.Review from Apartments.com

DO NOT MOVE HERE
June 24, 2016DO NOT MOVE HERE! The leasing manager is terrible and a smart elec. She does not take care of any requests residents have and they charge so much money for a pet deposit. The pet deposit doesn't even cover any damages made by the pet either so the $20 a month you pay doesn't pay for anything. It's just the privilege of having a pet. They are rude and the condition of the apartments aren't even worth the money you pay for rent. I promise you, you DO NOT want to move here. Save your money and go to ...a nicer apartment. They also left our apartment windows unlocked and someone broke into my apartment because of it. Thank goodness I was there while it happened to stop the intruder.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

September 23, 2015So far I've lived here for 6 months and I love my space. The living room is so spacious, the kitchen updated, and the neighbors peaceful. I also like that you have to have codes to get in the buildings. The only negatives I can really think of are that the walls stain easily...l dropped a cup of water and the water marks are still on the wall. I love the pool area and work out room they have!
