infested with roaches
August 31, 2024I toured multiple apartments and most terrace level are infected with roaches. Management doesn’t inspect properly and gives it to new residents. Staff is great, and helpful, but roaches don’t go away so easilyProperty Manager Responded

Avoid this property!
May 20, 2021Worst community in Alpharetta. I've had leaks from my time of move in. I don't think this is a healthy environment for anyone. The stench of mold is always there. The office staff is very unfriendly and unhelpful. I tried to speak to the new manager about my issues, but she wouldn't come out of her office.Review from Apartments.com

Lovely property
February 14, 2019I have been living at this complex for over a year and recently renew the lease. The management, Jeb and Linda are very caring when it comes to your needs and comfort. All the office people are very courteous and professional. Maintenance request are completed quickly, and both guys, Omar and Courtney are very efficient. There is always room for improvement. My only complaint is the fitness center, which needs a refresh. They have taken out several of the cardio equipment that are no longer ...working. CHAMPAGNE RENT PRICES ON BEER BUDGET
August 22, 2015Location- location- location is the ONLY thing you are paying for at this complex. When I first moved in the rent for a 1bd was under $800.00- although this was high due to most of us are lower middle income- it was do-able however they charge everyone for water so if you are conserving that cold water- no need to and get this- sometimes they shut the water off stating they are working on the pipes! Believe that if you want to - now the rent is well over $900.00 and look at the fine print for ...trying to get out of lease early - they offer no incentives for long time residents and I think management as long as they are living there and don't have to pay what we do- don't give a two cents about the residents- there have been break ins so now there is a patrol car coming through during day time and also pay special attention to the policy on late rent! After the 3rd day you owe $75 and after the 6th day-$175.00. They have no business center- and no jacuzzi- they know they can charge that much because of the location- move to, "Johns Creek" if you want something worth the money -you may pay higher but you get much more or move to "Cumming" to get about the same for cheaper.
