stolen cars and bikes from garage. Storage unit broken...
September 22, 2023I can't wait for my lease to be up. In the last 9 months so much crime has happened. Cars and bike were stolen from garage. Building doors have been broken into to get access inside. Storage units are broken into and items are stolen. Just recently thieves came and stole wheels from an SUV and the car sat there for almost a week on cement blocks. The other day someone stole a motorcycle by dragging it through the elevator...Property Manager Responded

Safe and Nice
July 28, 2022We've been here for almost 3 years now and I really love it here, specially with the amenities. I love going to the gym. Not to mention people that lives here are friendly, and the people in the office are aproachable. The hallways are clean, elevator and even the garage area. Weak or Deceptive Customer Service
April 27, 2020They do not answer emails asking about the parking or amenity fees. The website allows one to pick an apartment and a move in date, then takes a $50 application fee and $250 deposit, but then they may come back and say that move in date is not possible (as they did to me)— and a check for $250 will take two weeks. It felt like bait and switch to me.Property Manager Responded
