Huge Changes
March 15, 2018
New property management company (Eagle Property Services) and Sonya and Dan are awesome. This place was always pretty decent but the previous property manager really was non-responsive, wouldn't fix stuff, etc. So much neglected maintenance from the previous property management company has been immediately addressed since new management took over in December. Broken appliances and heaters all fixed, bug treatment has gotten rid of all bed bugs and roaches, new paint, laundry machines fixed, ...
cable and wifi fixed, bad tenants evicted, etc. Great place to live, perfect location, solid neighbors and very professional and responsive property manager.
