Don’t be Naive!
May 27, 2020As a student athlete, this place was a great place to live. Anyone who’s mad about charges and fees are so because they can’t take responsibility for their own actions. I’ve lived here three years and management have always looked out for us even when roommates have been overwhelming and naive to those actions. Clean checks are specified on which days they will come and just make sure the apartments are livable! They are the perfect way to maintain young college kids leaving a household where ...their parents did everything for them! The amenities are perfect and the clubhouse hours are super convenient. Privacy, security, and Dignity in exchange for cheap rent.
May 11, 2020Bengal creek has no care for their renters. They're price is cheap, but at the cost of letting management into your home whenever they want, and do clean checks which will add on more charges if certain things in your apartment are not completely spotless. Just know you probably will not be receiving your security deposit back, if you don't just get charged extra on top of that. If you don't care about getting treated like a child and your money unfairly taken from you then Bengal creek is the ...place for you. Everyone else, please look elsewhere.Property Manager Responded
May 22, 2020Gavin, We are deeply discouraged by this characterization of our community as it not indicative of the comfortable home life nor level of service that we strive to provide. Please know, as a student housing community, our residents are expected to follow more rules and to abide by more community policies than the average apartment community. All entry procedures and inspection terms were clearly outlined within the lease agreement. We always provide adequate notice-of-entry prior to performing a white glove check. As per the lease, failure to meet inspection criteria may result in punitive fees. We even provide the option to pre-pay cleaners if a resident is concerned about meeting the inspection criteria. You'll find it is not uncommon in the multifamily housing industry for the deposit paid upon move-in to be applied towards cleaning and repair costs when a resident moves out should the condition of the unit warrant it. Any outstanding fees or charges owed may also be subtracted ...from this balance. If you have any lingering questions or concerns about your time here, feel free to give the office a call.
