Rude Staff, Maintenance Issues
February 23, 2019Never have I been so disappointed with a place of residence, or been so offended by such rude staff. Would not recommend this place to anyone. We have lived here for over a year and there has been one maintenance issue after another. The AC has failed multiple times, leaving us with no AC often for weeks at a time. The office staffers do not care or don't know. They don't want to be bothered. Not to mention the maintenance staff that close out work orders without even addressing the issue. When ...they do come they cannot communicate effectively and that is if they say anything at all. You have to constantly pester the office staff to get your issue resolved, they do not follow up on anything. The maintenance work is unreliable. Staff here is rude, unprofessional and have no empathy. They just care that an apartment has been filled.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Turned ghetto
October 19, 2017This place has gone down hill and let’s just say there are a lot of undesirable people that do undesirable things and have undesirable guests over to do them with. NO COMMUNITY RULES ARE ENFORCED, unauthorized tenants, loitering, disturbances, expired tag vehicles, disabled vehicles, clutter in breezeways, and things stay broken when they get broken. This is NOT a gated community. Come visit and you will see the gate broken with equipment laying in the grass. IT HAS BEEN THIS WAY FOR MONTHS! when ...the undesirables hit it and break it, it is broken for months. We get told they have to get bids. How about review the camera and throw the losers out and call a few places and get it done. The monitors don’t enforce rules and 9 out 10 calls to the office won’t get answered. Spare yourself unless you want your neighbors smoking dope on your stairs. Oh and don’t forget they have an affordable program. August 15, 2015Never had any problems and I've lived here for 3 years. Beautiful property and well maintained. The staff is amazing! Which is not the case in many other complexes I've lived in. They care about their residents and always doing something special for us. From pool parties, cookouts, holiday dinners, lots of events for children and wine & cheese tasting. The perks are also great. Tennis lessons, yoga, pool aerobics,physical trainer and chair massage once a week. Did I mention it's free. Yes, I am ...spoiled at this place. Maintenance is very quick to fix any problems that arise,(which as been very few in my case).I love it here... not planning on leaving anytime soon. I can truly call this place HOME! August 10, 2013The clubhouse and amenities are wonderful! The club house is open until 10pm each night and anyone can have use of it or rent it out for private parties as well. There is also a small movie room, you can use (I have not used this as yet) and a coffee bar! OMG, I love the FREE coffee! It’s great! The pool area is beautiful and the gym is very nice! The gates at the front don’t work ever and that is a small complaint, otherwise I love the valet trash pick-up and love the fact that my children can ...play outside safely! There are certainly a few loud people or people that don’t follow the rules in the community, but that goes for any place you live…..always a few bad apples. One thing I truly dislike is the auto-close on the front door……it makes the doors slam all the time, so I can definitely hear when my neighbors come and go.
