Bennington Hills Apartment
August 14, 2015We live within walking/driving/bike ride distance from work, the mall, entertainment & the grocery stores. The apartment itself has plenty of room for the 2 of us with our own bedroom & full bathrooms, along with lots of closet space. It's nice having a W&D in unit, as well as having a garage included. As far as downsides, there are no pets allowed & you can hear the neighbors when they're outside on their patios if the windows are open.Review from Apartments.com
Nice with too many drawbacks
January 28, 2013I've lived here for several years now and I've experienced the highs and lows of this place. I figure it's time I pass on what my husband and I have learned with other potentials. Pros: The apartments themselves are nice, and it's extremely convenient to have washers and driers in the units. Close to some fast food and a gas station. However, this is also a con. Cons: Traffic is very annoying in this area and can be extremely busy in the morning. This is thanks to being near the interstate, ...plus having a McDonald's and other food places nearby. Also, people try to bypass the intersection of 57th and Louise by going through 59th and Nevada. The maintenance staff can be a bit difficult to deal with attitude-wise. NOISE! That is the biggest issue with this place. I have neighbors on all sides of me that blare music, stomp around, slam doors and yell. I've had visitors ask me if it's always noisy, and the sad part is at that moment it seemed quiet compared to normal times Another big noise problem is people leaving and pulling into the parking lot blaring music. This happens at all hours, day and night. The last noise issue is when someone runs water in an apartment next to you it gets extremely loud and we have to crank the TV just to hear it. My husband and I are desperately looking to find a quieter place. I hope this review will help others make a wise decision.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

Corporate Apt
September 29, 2014My company has had a corporate Apt here off and on for the last couple of years. Yep sometimes you hear a few pitter patter of feet, water running and sometimes a car stereo. All in All the Value is great, the Staff is great and cant beat the location. I agree traffic sometimes can be a hassle, but hey where isn't it. I live in the twin cities but work out of Sioux Falls, I will take the traffic around the apt any time over the traffic here.Review from Apartments.com
