I've lived here for several years now and I've experienced the highs and lows of this place. I figure it's time I pass on what my husband and I have learned with other potentials.
Pros:
The apartments themselves are nice, and it's extremely convenient to have washers and driers in the units.
Close to some fast food and a gas station. However, this is also a con.
Cons:
Traffic is very annoying in this area and can be extremely busy in the morning. This is thanks to being near the interstate,
...plus having a McDonald's and other food places nearby. Also, people try to bypass the intersection of 57th and Louise by going through 59th and Nevada.
The maintenance staff can be a bit difficult to deal with attitude-wise.
NOISE! That is the biggest issue with this place. I have neighbors on all sides of me that blare music, stomp around, slam doors and yell. I've had visitors ask me if it's always noisy, and the sad part is at that moment it seemed quiet compared to normal times
Another big noise problem is people leaving and pulling into the parking lot blaring music. This happens at all hours, day and night.
The last noise issue is when someone runs water in an apartment next to you it gets extremely loud and we have to crank the TV just to hear it.
My husband and I are desperately looking to find a quieter place. I hope this review will help others make a wise decision.
