I really liked the layout and room that the apartments here offered. Unfortunately, when I moved in, the carpets were dirty and needed replaced, there was a small hole in one of the bedroom walls, the walk-in closet door was broken, and the kitchen cabinet was cracked and needed fixed. After those problems, we found mice in the apartment, running into the bedroom and evidence they had run on counters and pots. regularly. They did put steel wool in the hole but refused to refill it when the mice moved it and continued to get into the apartment. The apartment still had mice when I moved out.
