  • Management is horrible!

    January 5, 2023
    Parking is a struggle. The property manager accuses you of things you’ve never done and they cheats you out of money tries to force you to pay for extra months even when your lease is up and keeps your deposit. Wouldn’t recommend living here despite how “nice” the units are inside and the other tenants keep to themselves. The lawns always have dog poop ever.

    Being a previous resident here, it was one of my best experiences with properties in the country, as an ex military member. Due to school travel across town twice a day for my children twice a day, I decided to move to the south side of town, to save on gas, but wasn’t able to find anything as nice as here. Not that my children are grown up, I’m considering moving back here. The management here at the time didn’t “cheat” you out of rent deposit like most complex’s will, and with plenty of ...

  • Bad Schools but Beautiful Layout

    I used to live here when it was first built and the layout of the house is amazing. This is great place for like, college students but I wouldn't suggest living here if you have kids because of how horrible the schools are.
