Awful
June 24, 2023Not a good place to reside. Maintenance does not respond to any trouble ticket requests. The rent keeps going up but the quality of life stays the same or worsens. Too many noisy dogs and their owners allow them to use the bathroom in the parking lot and sidewalks freely without cleaning up after themselves. Management changes all too frequently like I change my shoes. Staff are unprofessional and unfriendly.Property Manager Responded

November 5, 2021I've lived here for a while and have always had a good experience. The maintenance staff have really stepped up and the overall management seems better in the last year or so. I had a broken thermostat the other night right after 5pm, maintenance guy came with a good attitude even though it was after hours and got me taken care of. Love this Community and Neighbors
September 9, 2021I've lived here for a while and can't think of anywhere I'd rather be. The office staff really work hard to make residents feel like they matter and the special events they do make me feel valued. Maintenance requests are completed quickly and the guys are always super friendly. My neighbors and I enjoyed the pools this summer and my kids have made great friendships here. Even though rent has increased, I still feel like I'm in the right place, I've had other friends move recently and rents in ...Roanoke are crazy everywhere, Bent Creek provides the value for the $$$.Property Manager Responded

Excellent Community
June 14, 2021We moved here a couple of years ago and have seen some really positive improvements in the last year! At first we were hesitant about renewing our lease because of the previous manager but Christine is really great and always follows up with any of our needs. The pools are the best, I had a private membership elsewhere but this is way nicer. The community is quiet and tucked away in a great neighborhood setting. The office staff are always friendly and maintenance rocks, we had an AC issue and ...they got us fixed up in about an hour!Property Manager Responded
