Dissatisfied Customer
January 12, 2018My son attends University of Alabama and has an apartment at Bent Tree. He as has had many items stolen from his apartment sand his vehicle has been vandalized several Times. I would not recommend them as a safe place to Live! Drugs are being sold outside his apartment almost daily and Management has done nothing about the problem. The location, neighbors, and management is great, and I will definitely recommend Bent Tree to students who are looking for a safe place to stay during their college years. July 29, 2015I really enjoy the apartment I live in, so I feel my rating to be a bit unfair. My biggest concern is the amenities. I pay $665 for my two bedroom, two bath apartment. It's a decent deal, especially since They dropped the price from the regular $735 to keep me from moving. However, I am a working college student and pay all of my bills on my own. Even for the cute apartment, the price is unreasonable. The only amenity is the pool. The tennis court is torn up by tree roots and the supposed volley ...ball court is a patch of sand surrounded by thick pipe that isn't secured in the ground in any way so it just..rolls around constantly. Not to mentioned the grounds are constantly damaged by other residents and even matinence, Which just drive their trucks and cars between buildings and all over the grass. I just think It's a good idea to not only base the price of an apartment on the apartment itself, but what else you offer the residents. August 16, 2015At first I was hesitant to live here but after we moved in I came to love it here. The staff is very friendly and the apartments are spacious. There's plenty of things to do like swimming, relaxing in the hot tub, tennis and volleyball. I love how it is very family oriented and my kids have a bunch of people to play with. The last thing, it is very affordable. I pay $749 for a two bed two bath. My family and I would definitely recommend living here.Review from Apartments.com
