My family has lived here for seven years, and it has been a great place to raise kids. There are plenty of grassy areas for children to play, along with sand volleyball courts, basketball, a pool, and more. The neighbors are friendly and helpful, and the community hosts great events. The management team has responded to safety concerns, and the grounds and shared spaces are consistently clean. The office staff communicates well and responds quickly to requests. with improvements like new roofs and siding. Maintenance is excellent and often completes work the same day—something that isn’t common at many apartment complexes.
There are a few minor issues that haven’t been fully addressed. For example, it took five years for the complex to clean up the rusty nails from a deteriorating gazebo, even after I emailed about the safety concerns for children playing nearby, and the structure still hasn’t been completely removed. The area could be a great spot for a grill, patio, or playground. The clubhouse was beautifully renovated a few years ago, but it can’t be reserved or used outside of office hours, which limits its usefulness. Overall, it’s a great place to live, and we’re grateful to call it home.
