September 26, 2025Excellent except for the neighbor across the street that shouts vicious slurs while on the phone outside or using their’ car’s phone, and the landscapers that hide behind our unit while running the weed whackers without even using them to stall for more pay.Property Manager Responded

September 4, 2025Nice apartments, pretty lakes, maintenance is usually quick. The grass is usually a bit too long, it should either be cut shorter or more often. My dog got fleas from the grass and it’s almost impossible to get rid of them. A lot of people don’t clean up after their dogs either. There are Loop EV chargers, which are very convenient and not too expensive.Property Manager Responded

September 3, 2025Bentley Green is overall a great community — it’s comfortable, well-located, and has a lot of potential. However, I’ve noticed a bit of a decrease in amenities and general care compared to before. While it’s still a good place to live, I do hope management puts more focus back into maintaining the level of quality and attention that originally made Bentley Green stand out.Property Manager Responded

July 18, 2025Move in process was easy, and Olivia in the leasing office was very helpful. There were a couple things broken in the apartment, and maintenance still hasn’t shown and it is day 4. That is my only complaintProperty Manager Responded

July 17, 2025It’s been great, but we have had issues with our AC for over a week. Specifically, our it wasn’t working. We were not communicated with whatsoever about what needed to be done and when it would happen. We finally saw maintenance fixing it today and they were super sweet. The maintenance team is always amazing if anything is needed.Property Manager Responded

July 17, 2025Amenities half work. The garage disposal keeps backing up into the dishwasher. I don’t even use the dishwasher and it retains water and I don’t even use it. My roof is leaking from something when it rains my kids roof in the bathroom leaks as well.Property Manager Responded
