        For the past year, 1 of 2 elevators has not worked 40% of the time. Our HVAC system has been out of service for 1/3 of the past year, especially during the winter. The staff is quite unresponsive to questions. Most recent email has not been acknowledged or responded to, despite 4 follow up attempts

        It’s prime location by food vendors, convenience stores, the university and offers amenities like a nice gym and trash service. The staff are friendly and extremely easy to talk to and the maintenance workers always wave to you and smile. Overall I am so glad I picked here to move.

        My experience at Berkeley Central has been so amazing. Staff is friendly and maintenance crew is on point! The app makes it’s easy to submit requests & make rent payments. I looked at 10 apts before finding this one. It’s the nicest, cleanest, I can’t hear my neighbors through the walls, has a gym and has balcony options. We love it!

        Beautiful luxury building with lots of light and great views of Oakland and San Francisco's skyline. The location is perfect (right next to restaurants, BART, etc..). The gym and rooftop are also great perks. It's a blessing to be in this kind of environment when working from home. I absolutely love it
