I recently moved in and have had such a great experience so far. The entire process was smooth, and everything was clean, neat, and ready when I arrived.
The community itself is quiet, well-maintained, and very clean, which I really appreciate. So far, everything has been amazing, and I’m really happy with my decision to move here.

Think before moving into this complex. Rent increased almost seven hundred dollars in five years, floors are coming up in multiple places, mice are present in the building, A/C "works" but is incredible loud and will constantly stay on making your electric ballon to around 300-400 dollars in the summer months (called in around 7 times and absolutely nothing was done), walls are paper thin and you can hear everything from all surrounding apartments, the "remodeled" units are so cheap everything ...
they touched will basically come apart and even the maintenance people will state how crappy this complex has become. Last time they came out to collect a dead mouse that took almost three days I requested the property manager call because the issues with this complex have been piling up and he flat out said "'ll text him but he won't call you". I wonder why they have every type of apartment unit available? Save your money and look else where.

My neighbors are people that have dignity and respect for each other, and are friendly to chat with. Safe neighborhood. We’ve been here for a few years already, and just love the community. Everyone is super friendly. Also very well maintained grounds. I go on walks with my dog on all the pathways. My dog likes when I bring him to the state of the art dog park as well. My husband says we are not moving away from here… I guess time will tell lol

The community is quiet, clean, and the neighbors are friendly. The maintenance stinks. Don't rent here. The windows leaks. The carpets and units are outdated. The walls are thin and management simply is not trustworthy. After several attempts to correct the issues, the property manager did absolutely nothing. I would not recommend renting here.
