Towed a Residents Vehicle
August 12, 2025Resident of 1 year 4 months, no issues, renewed. My mom had called to add her vehicle to my account very early on around July 25, 2024, and the leasing agent said that would be fine, not to worry. Vehicle was parked in guest parking and without notice to me, my mom, or email communication of a recent update in parking enforcement they had my vehicle towed August 2025. After a full year of the vehicle on the property with no issues. I was forced to pay cash to get my vehicle from the tow yard. ...This review will stay until I am reimbursed for the lack of responsibility. The full blame is that of the agent that did not add the vehicle correctly to my account.Property Manager Responded
