February 25, 2023I was one of the original renters and love my apartment. But the maintenance and lack of concern for the safety and security of the residents has become a serious problem. Oakbrook Management is poor.Review from Apartments.com
Great Apartments!
August 4, 2021I needed to find a new, safe, quiet place to live and found the Berkshire in Sheboygan Falls. I love all the space in my apartment and the windows let in so much light all day (my cats love them too). I like that everything is brand new, especially in the kitchen. The fitness room is great and when it is bad weather outside, there are lots of hallways for walking. I know it seems silly, but one of the things I like the best is the indoor trash room! No more walking across an icy parking lot ...to take your garbage to the dumpster. I've only been here for a couple months, but everyone I've met is very nice. July 30, 2021Needed to get closer to family so I decided to take a look at the Berkshire. I came to look before the open house and knew just what apartment I wanted but took time to think about it. A few weeks later I called and said this is the apartment I want. Still love it. Nice and big and close to everything. People here are all friendly and you can always find a place to go and have a conversation. The Community Room and the sitting area outside are nice for sitting out in the summer. And we have a ...nice exercise path to use. I have yet to have a problem with maintenance or anyone. Always come look at the problem right away.Nice laundry area, the auditorium is used for movies. No matter where you go sit and relax you always find someone to talk to. I went to school here for a year so its kinda cool to be living here.
