The property manager and staff are incredibly helpful, it’s a clean and gorgeous property with great amenities, and the plus is they host monthly events. We also love the parking garage. Read Google Comments Before Scheduling for Tour
May 19, 2025Definitely think twice before signing anything here. This place were great before, but management decisions will make their own ending. The amount of extra fees they charge on top of rent is getting ridiculous, it all adds up pretty fast. EV Charging were complimentary and now it's PAID service + $$$ for idling hours. Guest parking? Non existent unless you want to pay by the hour.Property Manager Responded

Would not recommend
June 1, 2023I would say the amenities save this property but the headache you will endure from the lack of help from the office isn't worth it . The staff is unwelcoming and unhelpful. As they continue to switch out who works in the office , no one seems up to date with rules and procedures. Expect the run around and no help.Property Manager Responded

Great location and amenities!
January 31, 2023Got lucky when found the studio I got, ended with upgraded built in large closet and it’s perfect. The location is great, amenities are quite enjoyable with the exception of the heavy stepper above my apartment, I would recommend the property . Looking forward to renew my lease in a bigger unit !Property Manager Responded

Staff ruins the apartment.
September 9, 2022The change in staff ruined this apartment. I would name them but their lack of physical presence in the office never allowed me to learn their names. They closed the office down consistently always away on lunch or "busy" for "covid" reasons. They did not work with us or many other tenants we spoke to when we were going through difficulties in the building. We had mold more than 3 times in our apartment including the bathroom and kitchen. We asked to get this fixed and instead they made us think ...there was nothing wrong although the mold kept growing back. Instead, they sent maintenance to paint over the mold. Further, the staff is not welcoming unless you are one of their favorite tenants who provides free services for the building to fake promote a welcoming environment. The elevators are down every other week. nobody is ever in the office and unless you are their favorite you will not receive a welcoming experience. Berkshire staff was the worst thing to happen to this building. The staff cares for collecting the highest amount of fees and checks for unreasonable things. Too expensive to deal with crappy people on a daily.Property Manager Responded

Wonderful place
April 28, 2022I have been living here a little close to a year now and it’s been a great experience everyone here down from the staff to the neighbors have been so kind the maintenance workers always come to help as soon as you have a worker it’s quiet here you really don’t hear nothing unless someone leaving or coming in their apartment you hear their key pad but there’s so much you can do here to have a great time with friends and family and lastly not just anyone can come in you need a key to get in any ...part of the buildingProperty Manager Responded

Amazing Community, Awesome Staff
September 21, 2020What can I say, I absolutely love living at Alexan Winter Park. The amenities are so beautiful and they even have a podcast room if you’re in to that.
