I wrote a review 4 years ago and nothing has change.The mountains views are beautiful for sure. I moved for numerous reasons. I left suggestion to the previous managers about doing updates to the apartments. What's crazy I got charged for a old fridge that need to be upgrade blinds that need to be wooded blinds old cabinets that need to be replaced . I pray they will upgrade soon get professional management and I feel this would be a great placed. I feel its wrong for any apartment complex ...
that has not done any upgrades to go to go up on rent or charged you ridiculous move out charges when you haven't done anything to upgrade to the apartments. It's alot competition out here you need to upgrade and get better management.

I have rented here for 4 years. In my first 3 months my apartment’s master bedroom flooded and ruined a mattress with No compensation. They relocated us per my demand . I am currently in an apartment now over an apartment where the man smokes and has a dangerous dog where I have repeatedly begged them for help with nothing being done. Horrible place. There’s a privately owned drug house in the center of Berrington. The patrons walk drive or crawl in to get their drugs. They often brake into cars along the way, cars have been stolen and last weekend a motorcycle. Building 13 also houses someone who has lots of visitors who only stay a moment , and they often leave used needles on the ground before they go. Once a neighbor had her car windows broken out days before her neighbors door got kicked in by the police. Apparently the ...
tenet who was in house arrest had lots of drugs and money, and guns. ACs have been broken in many units all last summer and still don’t have AV. Many buildings have mold inside and cooperate won’t pay out to get it fixed. You get the run around if you pay for an independent mold assessment. Someone’s been kicked out for trying to spread the word about the mold. The dumpster often brakes , and it stays broken so long the trash frequently fills the trash parking area. It’s a good way to feed the bears! I could go on and on after living there for three years, but I will end with the latest issue I’ve found. Everyone that moves out ends up with right around $1,000 in charges. Berrington isn’t the best about informing ex renters of the charges, but they are quick to sell the debt to a creditor. Head my frustration, and just keep looking. lol
