Good price, but you get what you pay for

I recently moved in and have already been dealing with a rodent problem. After calling multiple times to get someone to fix the holes they are entering through, still haven’t seen anyone. Also have a toilet that isn’t working that was “fixed”. Too many issues to make it worth the reasonable rent price. I’ve only been here a few weeks and already regret my choice to move here.

Although we cannot control when a maintenance issues arises we can control how it is handled, both of your issues were addressed the same day.
