August 28, 2015By far the best apartment I've had. Queen sized bedrooms, brand new windows, floors, appliances, glorious tile bathroom, no drafts, heat included, I could go on and on. ICM Properties has been so quick and amazing with everything, and the place is a STEAL compared to similar units around. Walking distance to so many great grocery stores, bars, restaurants, but still a quiet residential street that's perfect for couples, young adults, and families.
