Terrible Service LOOK ELSEWHERE
May 9, 2022Where do I even start? When I first moved in, they told me they are not responsible for any leaks.. My bath faucet has been constantly dripping and causing mold ever since I moved in and they just tell me a work order is in, but its now been weeks and they have probably forgotten about it. My AC just went out and they said they will fix it when they get to it.. Which is absolutely ridiculous. Terrible attitude about it as if my AC going out is MY fault or something?! They talk to you like you ...don't matter but still expect you to pay them. I would never ever recommend someone living here in a million years. PLEASE do yourself a favor and find somewhere else. Yes its affordable but the living conditions are TERRIBLE and they treat you like scum on the bottom of their shoe.Property Manager Responded

Our manager wishes to express her sincere apologies if you believe your needs have been unaddressed. Prompt, meaningful maintenance service is an important component of apartment living. Issues involving leaking water or water intrusion are serious, and we aim to resolve them as quickly as possible. After checking our records, we cannot find any open work orders concerning a dripping faucet. Call the office or submit a work order and reference this review, and we will gladly dispatch maintenance to your home. We understand your frustration regarding your A/C unit. We found several A/Cs required attention after taking over management. We only recently received the tools to make the necessary repairs and are swiftly working to ensure each unit is properly functioning. We were happy to provide window units for any resident experiencing an interruption in ...A/C performance. We value our residents and would appreciate the opportunity to change your impression of life at our community. September 5, 2021This is the worst apartment complex. I have been without air and heat since the beginning of the year( it's been 9 month now). I also had to by my own heater, fan, and a/c unit. Cannot get in contact with the landlord and the people in the office don't know what is going on( her statement was, "It's nothing I can do"). Also its ROACHES, Rats, and termites everywhere. Please lock your door and apartment daily. Please do not let your kid go to the playground alone. Dog owner leave their dogs ...unattended at all time. Its better places around bessemer, please do not choose here.Property Manager Responded

January 29, 2020This place need to be knocked down they dont even come out and check and see if the things is going right in these apartments on top of all the roaches and bug problems they have they have mold problems as well the kids vandalize your property and nothing gets done about it i been asking for some one to call me about my damages that been happened and i have yet to get that call and or visit yet ceiling fans are bout to fall out the ceiling they came and looked at them and told me they had to ...order some that was when i moved in still haven't came yet in my daughter room hers fell on her they fixed her blade that was it my apartment has been broken in two times by these kids over here and nothing has been done to these kids or the parents its sad i have been going through hell since i moved here they don't care they just want money and they don't fix nothingProperty Manager Responded

nightmare!!!!
September 5, 2016This place doesn't have maintance. They have to call in a third party. The trash is usually falling out of the trash cans, kids play in the trash and it is drug out all over the yard and parking lot!.. Only way I know to describe this place is DISCUSTING!. August 30, 2016PLEASE save yourself the trouble and DO NOT rent these apartments! We have sprayed, set off bombs and cleaned and cleaned... They are still coming out of the walls. These apartments are NOT taken care of. They are absolutely discussing . At any given time you can drive up. To the dumpsters and trash is EVERYWHERE for days at a time!. No maintence, and the manager is IMPOSSIBLE, and very unwilling to help.Property Manager Responded

DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE!!
May 17, 2016They will treat you kind until you sign the lease! From there it has been straight down hill! They advised us they were redoing and upgrading the apartments, that was the reason we could not see the apartment we were going to rent. They stated they were redoing the flooring and appliances. So much for that!!!!!! The refrigerator ice maker doesn't work(It is a refrigerator that they haven't made in atleast 20 years), the oven is so nasty we don't even use it(the grease is caked on and won't come ...off), the fan over the oven doesn't work, and the dishwasher doesn't have a front on it!! All things they said were going to be replaced! Now that we have signed the lease, the office staff is RUDE! They ignore you when you go into the office..they act like they do not have time to fool with you...They act as if they are doing you a favor by simply being in their presence! ...and last but not least, the trash has been overflowing for months with old furniture! They won't haul it off! IT IS NASTY!Property Manager Responded
