October 1, 2025I’ve been living here for almost a year now and I’ve seen this apartment complex depreciate. They state they are dog friendly, but they don't allow your fur babies to utilize their amenities. Also, an off leash dog recently attacked my dog who was on leash and after reporting it to the office, all they can do is send an email out to the resident stating to keep their dogs on leash. They did not inform the residents that there was a dog attack and they did not offer anything to help. The ...property lacks cameras and proper lighting a long the walking trail, which makes it dangerous at night. The doors into the building are always broken, the hallways sink with the smell of trash especially when it’s hot and when the internet is down, which is apart of the utilities that you pay, they don’t compensate for the time lost which could be hours to a day. To clarify a few points you mentioned: -Pets in Amenities: For the comfort and safety of all residents, we do not allow pets in shared amenity spaces. However, we do offer a dedicated pet spa specifically for pet owners to enjoy with their pets. -Incident Follow-Up: We took the situation you reported very seriously and tried to gather more information during our conversation with your husband. Unfortunately, we were unable to get a description of the pet owner, and no report was filed with animal control or the police, which limits our ability to take further action. That said, we remain committed to upholding community policies and will address any violations accordingly. -Security & Lighting: Our community is equipped with over 70 security cameras, primarily located in ...interior areas. Exterior lighting currently meets safety standards, and additional lighting will be added once nearby construction is completed. -Internet Connectivity: We understand the frustration caused by recent internet outages and are actively working on implementing a backup solution to prevent future disruptions. We’ll share updates with residents as soon as we have more details. We genuinely value your input and are happy to continue this conversation if there are other concerns you'd like to discuss. August 9, 2025Very interesting and looks very clean!! I just moved in today and I am breath taking from the amount of community feedback there is. The location is very close to the liberty station and some of San Diego’s best locations. August 5, 2025It has been so wonderful so happy to renew here for another year. It’s so safe. The leasing office is incredible and so helpful. The maintenance team always comes so quickly and is so respondent.
