Lease signing was a little confusing at first because all phone calls or emails are answered by an AI, but once you get through to a real person all my questions were answered promptly.
Move in was simple as there are elevators and lots of side door access. Our couch was the only thing that didn’t fit in the elevator but the parking garage is ramped so the movers rolled it up the ramp.
The unit itself is modern and spacious but the bathrooms have a lot of wasted space. We also have a storage ...
locker on site which is unbelievably convenient.
The parking garage is spacious with five levels, I don’t feel like I’m fighting for parking.
The amenities: 2 pools, gas grills, back yards games, a community party room, a work room with alcoves and some meeting rooms are all well built and cared for. There is a two story gym with most of what you would want and is 24HR.
The building is clean and well maintained. All staff interactions have been positive.

I’ve loved living at Bevel Apartments! The staff is always friendly, welcoming, and helpful whenever I’ve needed anything. The community feels safe, clean, and well maintained. Love this place! Conveniently located where i can enjoy a nice walk with my dog to liberty station and then enjoy a relaxing evening at home. Also, the staff at the leasing office are always friendly and helpful with any questions i may have!

My husband and I have lived here for 10 months now and we absolutely love it! Bevel leasing office is so quick with any of our questions. The maintenance team also comes very fast for any requests even on a Sunday!

I’ve been living here for almost a year now and I’ve seen this apartment complex depreciate. They state they are dog friendly, but they don't allow your fur babies to utilize their amenities. Also, an off leash dog recently attacked my dog who was on leash and after reporting it to the office, all they can do is send an email out to the resident stating to keep their dogs on leash. They did not inform the residents that there was a dog attack and they did not offer anything to help.

The doors into the building are always broken, the hallways sink with the smell of trash especially when it’s hot and when the internet is down, which is apart of the utilities that you pay, they don’t compensate for the time lost which could be hours to a day. Overall the complex is pretty but it’s the nonobvious things that matter more.

-Pets in Amenities: For the comfort and safety of all residents, we do not allow pets in shared amenity spaces. However, we do offer a dedicated pet spa specifically for pet owners to enjoy with their pets.
-Incident Follow-Up: We took the situation you reported very seriously and tried to gather more information during our conversation with your husband. Unfortunately, we were unable to get a description of the pet owner, and no report was filed with animal control or the police, which limits our ability to take further action. That said, we remain committed to upholding community policies and will address any violations accordingly.
-Security & Lighting: Our community is equipped with over 70 security cameras, primarily located in ...
interior areas. Exterior lighting currently meets safety standards, and additional lighting will be added once nearby construction is completed.
-Internet Connectivity: We understand the frustration caused by recent internet outages and are actively working on implementing a backup solution to prevent future disruptions. We’ll share updates with residents as soon as we have more details.
