Pest problems that don't get resolved
October 20, 2021As long as I've lived at Beverly Gardens, there has been a pest issue in this complex with mice inside the units. About a year or two ago they started employing a monthly pest control service to spray inside the apartments, but they do a very perfunctory job and it never succeeds in remediating the issue. As long as the pest problem persists here without being properly addressed and taken care of, I don't see how this property manager can justify charging the high prices they are currently ...charging for these units.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
