I have lived at Beverly Grove Apartments for a few years now. Since the beginning of August 2025 a new manager took over, and things have changed for the better. The property stays clean, work orders get done, she recently did a full remodel of the laundry rooms, she is in the prosses of making the community a sunroom that everyone is very excited for since the cold weather keeps us more inside lately. raffles for cool gifts frequently. The new manger is very friendly with the kids and keeps an eye on them when she sees them outside playing. She always finds ways to get out in the community and be present with everyone that lives here. For example, for Halloween the manager made it a point to dress up and invite the whole community out for Candy and a community photo in our costumes! For Christmas her and the maintenance tech walked around to each apartment passing out candy boxes and holiday cards. To top it off the maintenance tech dressed up as Santa while going door to door. The kids all got so excited to see Santa at their door's rite before Christmas. Our kids are still talking about it. The change in the community has been amazing. I would definitely recommend this property for people to come live at. I don't plan on moving anytime soon.
