One problem after another
June 30, 2022Lived here two years management does not care about you. Construction noise first year here. They were able to start work at 2am. They don't have adequate parking no assigned spots. Having to park off site. No garbage pickup Friday and Saturday so garbage is left outside apartment or by dumpster. Sometimes over 50 bags left outside.Hopefully you won't live near it but if you do. Sorry for you management doesn't care. They have rules but they are not followed and no consequences if you don't. ...They have had squatters living here with loud noise and pot smell coming from apartment. My advice find somewhere else to live or you will be sorry.Property Manager Responded

LOVE IT
June 21, 2021We’ve lived here for over a year now and have loved every minute! The staff is so quick to respond to any question we might have. Everything here has been incredible! The apartments, the gym & pool, and the hang outs areas throughout the property make it feel special and luxurious! A big pro is that the location is absolutely perfect! Super close to shopping and restaurants or an easy hop on the freeway drive to any of the downtowns nearby. June 16, 2021From being so inviting when setting me up to enter my new home to taking care of the little things and respecting my privacy at all times, Alta Champions Circle made it easy for me to call home. I'm very picky about where I choose to live and what amenities I select. Let me tell you Alta Champions has it all from an incredible pool with loungers that maximize your comfort while you soak up some sun to the dog washing room so you can clean your pooch on a Sunday and jump back inside to finish that ...last episode on Netflix. Love the new super clean gym! Love the safe well lit walkways and keyless entries with air conditioned hallways and love all the people at Alta Champions because they're excellent! And they'll make you feel so so welcomed it's almost too good to be true, Just simply a wonderful place to live!Property Manager Responded
