nice, but...
April 30, 2023i love these apartments. they are lovely if basic, but well-maintained and nicely located. BUT, i must caution you that at lease renewal, you will be shocked. the rent increases are at least 15%. mine was 24% the first year ($290) and 21% ($322) the second year. when i decided to move to another apartment for only $15 more a month, instead of $322, before i even turned in my keys (less than 3 weeks) my old apartment was listed for $11 less than i was paying before the $322 increase. they blame ...it on "market fluctuations".Property Manager Responded

NOISE
September 29, 2021Great location but that's about where this ends on a positive note. Everything else is so not worth the discounted rate you pay to live here. The noise - is unbearable. Cheapest construction and thinnest walls I ever experienced for an apartment. You can literally hear your upstairs neighbors closing doors, closing their recliner, normal walking sounds like stomping, kids jumping, next door neighbors you can literally here their conversations. If you complain to the front office they will ...just tell you that your neighbors are complaining about you as well - it never got addressed the entire time I lived there so waste of time complaining. They had pipes burst during the storms and left residents for months with no repairs, no insulations, no reimbursement for damages with those residents now having to file a lawsuit just to get what they were owed. Mediocre at best
June 10, 2020The apartments have basic amenities (granite, vinyl flooring in kitchen, and stainless steel appliances) but that has become the standard especially in this area. The community was built too quickly and then sold to Weinstein once occupancy was established. Therefore the staff is not consistent, vendors who work in the apartments are changed so you will be billed for unneccessary items upon move out due to the apartments being uniform. All the door frames in my apartment had visible holes from ...the nail gun and sloppy painting/lines etc... Parking is unassigned and make no mistake - people are not towed for parking at the apartment and walking over to the river. This is not monitored by the office so do not let them tell you otherwise. If you are looking to stay in the area I would highly recommend going more toward the Grapevine area. The rent is too high for what you are getting here. Please see generic manager note below for some version of the following: " We appreciate your feedback, we are sorry our community did not live up to your expectations. We always try to etc.. etc.." Agree with mediocre (at best) for the price
January 10, 2019Very noisy. Walls are thin. Personally, my neighbors are loud and not courteous. I can hear everything in the hallway, people stomping up the stairs and stomping/running down the hallways. Each time a neighbor slams the door it shakes your entire apartment. The doors slam unless you make a conscious effort to close it gently and let’s face it, most people are not courteous of others unfortunately! Parking is getting worse and worse. I noticed it that this site says that covered parking is $25, it ...is not. In addition to your rent, Covered parking is $45/month and a garage costs $100/month. I’m nervous to think what parking will be like when The Riverwalk is finally finished. I imagine it will be a nightmare if not impossible to find parking. Also, BEWARE piles of dog poo everywhere! It is absolutely ridiculous the amount of poop that you irresponsible and pet owners do not pick up ... not only in the grass, but on the sidewalk sometimes too!!! I have to to walk in the grass so my dog can do his business (which I then pick up with the bags provided and put in the trash as a responsible pet owner should do) and it’s like trying to avoid landmines. I’ve stepped in poop multiple times. It’s unsightly and gross. There are signs that threaten finishing dog owners who don’t pick up after their dogs, and there is poop within a foot of the signProperty Manager Responded

Mediocre for High Rent!!
April 10, 2018These apartments are nice but there are a few things that are not so good!!! Walls are paper thin. I can hear my neighbor in the door apartment flushing toilets, dispisal, talk on phone and vacuuming. Parking is Awful. Get ready to street park and walk a mile almost to get to your apartment. Elevator is only in Main building. Dogs are eveywhere and people are not couteous. I have stepped in fresh Poooh twice on my morning walks. Trash pick up is not consistent in my building. They skip ...me often. Only 2 Computers in Computer room works. And printer either is out of ink or paper. I live in building 6. There is a fire station a block away. You will hear contant sirens going off at night especially at 1 or 2 a.m. in the morning. Small sliverfishes are in my apartment and my downstairs neighbor. No extermination to date. And we have told management. I pay alot for rent so I expect alot in return. Apartments are nice floor plan but very pricey for the Mediocre service.Property Manager Responded

Absolutely Perfect
May 16, 2017I've been living here for 8 months now and this is the best complex I've ever lived in, by every measure possible. Floor plans are awesome, all the apartments are finished elegantly with granite, SS fixtures and appliances. The staff is fantastic. They are fast and friendly, and treat you more like the greatest neighbor imaginable, rather than an apartment number or a source of income for the property. My dream apartment home !
August 24, 2016I can say that I am a pioneer ! I am the very first resident who moved in the community and lived there , I believe for a full month before anybody else moved in . When I visited the community for the first time the pool was still under construction and the club house not even finished or furnished . I was welcomed by our manager who right away made me feel very special and took me to visit the apartment which met my needs. As soon as she opened the door and I entered the premices it was love at ...first sight ! That was it , it was exactly what I was looking for , it was the apartment of my dream , it was perfect for me : price , location , floor level , brightness, colors of the interior , everything . . . The month which followed my visit I moved in ! I have been living there now for 3 1/2 months and there is not one day I regret my move. Coming home every night to my new little nest is a moment of joy and peace . Beside the amazing amenities I cannot say enough about the wonderful costumer service I get from the office .
