Under previous management, I wouldn't have put up too much of a stink about my apartment's shortcomings: a lot of the apartments in the complex get little to no natural light and the only lighting in the apartment is a weak little track light in the kitchen, the area is barely walkable, the kitchen & bathroom cabinetry is shoddy, and the bathrooms are gross.

on-site amenities have gotten worse--there are broken facilities that haven't gotten fixed for months (like the dysfunctional callboxes), the grounds aren't cared for as much (the trash cans for used doggie bags are always overflowing and they don't replenish the bags often enough). The entire row of 7 apartments I lived on have vacated (some more than once) within the year and a half I've lived here. No one wants to stay here.
