This place has mold!!!!!

If you don’t read any other reviews on this place please read this one. I’m a current resident, have been here 3 years and this place has a serious mold problem. I’m currently looking for another place to live. The location is everything but the lack of response to residents regarding this issue is unacceptable. If I could post pictures here, I would. My apartment has a very strong ammonia smell, I can see mold growing on the ceiling, water constantly dripping from my AC vents, the humidity in my apartment has gotten up to 88%. I have several humidity digital meters in every room. This week alone I’ve had to buy a dehumidifier and two air purifiers to ensure me and my pets are not breathing it in. The dehumidifier I bought is actually too small and can’t keep up with all the humidity accumulating in the apartment. Was told by a HVAC technician ( who doesn’t work here ) to go to Home Depot and buy an industrial size. The negative reviews might seem harsh, but I have read them all and every single one is accurate. You can upgrade everything but it’s not going to make a difference if you have mold. It’s a serious issue that’s not being taken seriously.
