Nice setting but poorly run by Weinstein
November 12, 2024The setting on cove of the lake is nice setting, but unfortunately this property is operated poorly by Weinstein. Constant turnover of on-site staff. We experienced massive utility and move out upcharges.Review from Apartments.com
Recently moved in
August 5, 2022Bexley offers large units for a great price (compared to much smaller units we also looked at). The pool and gym are kept clean and comfortable. Management and maintenance are awesome and extremely engaged and quick to respond. The monthly get togethers are a plus and a great way to meet your neighbors..and you just can't beat the location. We look forward to our days enjoying all Bexley at Lake Norman has to offer.Property Manager Responded

Bexley at Lake Norman ROCKS!!!
May 20, 2019Super quiet and peaceful!!! My parents have lived at this property for almost 8 years and they love it. As their daughter, I come to visit regularly just because the environment is so serene and the fact that their apartment patio overlooks Lake Norman, is the icing on the cake. All of the staff members at this property are super loving and compassionate when it comes to caring for their residents. Lord forbid there is a problem/issue, they will bend over backwards to not only make sure that the ...issue is cared for in a timely manner, but that YOU are alright and satisfied with the resolution. The entire property is tucked away in well hid location. The property is surrounded by trees and plenty of wildlife. The trail that goes from end of the complex to the other, is lined with an edge of the lake. The trail allows you take in the beautiful outdoors by either hiking the trail, canoeing, speed boats, boating, fishing, etc. Bexley at Lake Norman is where feeling at home is suppose to feel.Property Manager Responded

December 27, 2018Love this property! The office team are always friendly and take care of any inquires that I might have . They make the experience of living here so great and family oriented. Even the maintenance team goes above and beyond to make sure everything is running smooth . The property is always clean, has awesome lake views and private trail.
