Noisy neighbors and NOTHING is done when calling the line to file complaints about this. I regret ever moving to this overpriced garbage dump. Horrible. Avoid Bexley at all costs.
November 12, 2017Ticking in the wall of every bedroom. People stomping around all hours of the night. Water dripping on to air conditioning units outside of bedrooms. Trash laying around all over from inconsiderate neighbors. Neighbors taking up 4 spots outside buildings so you have to walk half a mile to your apartment when you get home from work. When you tell them about problems like the ticking they will tell you they will fix them, come shove some paper on top of the pipes, say it's fixed and call it a ...day. Air Conditioning Units broken in every building
July 15, 2017My family has been stuck in an apartment which temperatures exceed 100 degrees during the day because these people cant get their air conditioning units fixed. They will lie to your face and tell you it will be up and running within the hour. 3 days later still nothing. Avoid. Every building also floods out on the first floor so watch out. Especially if there are drains/rocks outside your building. Avoid this place at all costs.Property Manager Responded

3 plus year resident
July 28, 2015I have pretty much no complains about the Bexley. I live there for 3 plus years before recently relocating for a new job. Only thing I will say that could use improvement is that customer service is only okay at times, they can be ultra picky about things and the complex needs to be gated. I had my car broken into twice and for living in such a great/ rich area it's hard to fathom but it goes with out saying my car wasn't the only one.Review from Apartments.com
