Lived in same apartment 2020-2025. Overall, pretty happy with the experience. Some issues with A/C, and Garbage disposal, but no major or reoccuring maintenance issues. Unit was clean and spacious, Staff has always been pretty prompt, accommodating, and helpful in my experience.
Community and facilities are decent, relatively quiet neighborhood. Only major complaint is that there is a tendency for the trash bins to overfill and/or be stacked with bulk trash. There is a valet trash service, and ...
regular reminders about proper disposal, but still a reoccurring issue of often needing to walk to another unit's bin to dispose of any trash beyond the one daily valet bag.
Price has gone up. Rent had increased by about $80-100/mo each renewal since 2020, but finally seems to be slowing down since last year. I'm moving due to work relocation, but would have been happy to stay here a few more years.
