Poor management
April 17, 2024I lived here 2022-2023 and it was the worst place I've lived in Bloomington. Had many maintenance issues in our apartment and had to wait almost a week for issues that were labeled as emergencies. We were not allowed to provide our own wifi, but the one the building used was consistently down. When we moved in the place was not clean by any means. We cleaned thoroughly when we moved out and still got charged hundreds of dollars in random cleaning fees. We provided proof of getting our carpet ...cleaning and they still docked us for that on our security deposit and it took 6 months to get that money back. Parking was a mess, the apartment was very dark, the list goes on. Would not recommend and was not worth the cheap rent.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

Lived there last year
July 22, 2020This property was great, it was just redone so the apartments were nice. the front door was very secure and the maintenance was very responsive. Overall quiet atmosphere and friendly neighbors when we lived here. It was not far from campus and the 7 route took you right to Jordan hall. Going to miss it!Review from Apartments.com
