February 17, 2026I can't say enough great things about this apartment complex! The manager, Lauren truly goes above and beyond for her residents. She is attentive, professional, and always makes sure any concerns are handled quickly and with care. It's clear she genuinely cares about the community and the residents who live here. The maintenance guys Brian and Cameron are absolutely top-notch. They respond to calls quickly, fix issues efficiently, and always do quality work. On top of that, they always keep ...the grounds looking beautiful and well maintained year round. And a special shout out to the cleaning lady- she does phenomenal work. The common areas are always tidy and smell amazing when she's here. You can tell she really takes pride in what she does! Living here has been such a positive experience thanks to the hardworking and dedicated staff. If I stayed local I'd continue to rent

The maintenance has been great and they know what they are doing. Anytime I had a request it was handled in a professional and timely manner. July 15, 2025Well, my wife and I have been here almost a year now, and I can honestly say I had my doubts about living here ,,because of past owners and management of this property,, but this place is managed very well and the maintenance team is top notch, any problem we have had was addressed immediately,,, and pest control and lawn care is also well taken care of too. February 12, 2024literally the worst apartment I've ever lived in. roaches, meth head neighbors, stolen packages, loud drunk neighbors. every month I've lived here I've had to have maintenance come for something broken. both my toilet and my AC have flooded the floors. the tub is painted over and has been peeling from day 1 of living here. the countertops are painted and awful gray color and the caulking around the sinks is disgusting.Review from Apartments.com
