No hot water...EVER
December 8, 2022I have REPEATED issues with the lack of hot water in my bathrooms. Work order after work order has been submitted since I moved in April 2022. Office states work order completed, I have hot water for a day and then back to BARELY warm. I know I have submitted MULTIPLE work orders FOR THE SAME DANG ISSUE! For the cost of rent (with gas and water added), I should be able to take a HOT shower everyday. This is no exaggeration...the water barely and very rarely gets hot!Review from Apartments.com

I cant do the weed smell anymore
June 3, 2022If u like the smell of weed and cigarette smoke in your apartment everyday move in. I dont know how I experience my apt smelling like smoke and I don’t even smoke but it been an ongoing issue that I have addressed nothing ever happens they just say they will do something and nothing ever happens.Review from Apartments.com

Roaches everywhere
July 1, 2019Before moving in I read reviews about the ROACH INFESTATION & was told by inspection that the complex was roach infested but now I understand. This is my first night sleeping here and I moved in last night so I only had the apartment barely two days and have seen so many roaches. The property manager Latrice assured me she seen no roaches in the Unit after having to move my unit due to the original one being infested with roaches. Bombed my apartment and still see roaches and huge ones. I walked ...outside to grab to something and see a huge one crawling across the wall. I will be getting a lawyer, talking to the city of Arlington and doing everything I need to do because this is ridiculous. I will even report to the news! Safe & Peaceful
June 26, 2019I love living here. It's so peaceful. I don't have any worries. The security officer is friendly and walks the grounds very often. The maintenance crew is very friendly and do great work...fast. The office staff is super friendly and polite.
