This is the place to be
November 24, 2015I've been here going on two years now and I must say it's just wonderful here. I don't have any negative comments to say the landlord keeps the property kept up every Wednesday or Thursday the grass,bushes, and trees are always tended to. It's just a really good neighborhood really.A couple of months back in forgot to roll my car windows up and I left my wallet sitting in the front seat the next morning the car and my wallet was still there. September 6, 2015We moved in 5 months ago. Centrally located to Walmart and fast food. 5 minutes from The Shipyards. The property manager is so helpful and friendly. Along with the maintenance staff that fixes all problems within minimal time. I would recommend this complex.Review from Apartments.com
Our Home
September 5, 2015We moved into this apartment in May, being here now 5 months. I definitely recommend this complex. There's a great playground for children to play on, as well as a coin laundry facility across the street if you don't have your own washer and dryer. Our apartment is in a nice area. With Walmart, gas stations, IHOP and even Starbucks less than 5 minutes away. 5 minute drive to the Naval Shipyard Base and also downtown Portsmouth. On top of all that, the manager is so very helpful along with the ...maintenance staff. Our AC went out on a Sunday and one of the men drove over and fixed it on the spot.
