Roaches..Sooo many roaches….
January 24, 2026I have been dealing with a severe, ongoing roach infestation for nearly THREE MONTHS, and the way this property has handled it is completely unacceptable. This despite me having lived here for more than a year and always keeping my apartment extremely clean. The infestation is not confined to one area — roaches are everywhere: every room, the kitchen, the bathroom, the bedroom, the refrigerator, cabinets, drawers, laundry, and even my bed linens. I have woken up to roaches in my drinking water ...on my nightstand. They get into my food while I’m cooking, into stored food, appear while I’m showering, and crawl through my personal belongings. This is not just disturbing — it is unsanitary and unsafe. Because of how bad it is, I’ve been forced to stay out of my own apartment for at least half of this time. I am paying rent for a unit that I cannot reasonably live in. I’ve also lost hours at work and am unable to have company. Management’s response has been dismissive and disorganized: • There is no consistent treatment plan • Spraying has been sporadic and ineffective • Communication is minimal or nonexistent • Requests for a clear extermination strategy have gone unanswered • Requests for rent credit due to loss of habitability were denied • Requests to transfer units or discuss alternative housing options were ignored I escalated the issue multiple times, including contacting ownership (Cushman & Wakefield) directly, begging for intervention. Even then, I received no meaningful response or plan to resolve the problem. This has gone far beyond a “pest issue.” It reflects a complete failure of management, communication, and basic tenant care. No one should have to live like this — or fight this hard to be taken seriously. Avoid this place at all costs
January 30, 2025One of the worst places I’ve lived in Midtown. The only decent thing about this place is the price of the rent. The leasing staff is rude and hardly helpful. The assistant manager is also rude and even past employees have vented to me about her. They struggle to keep staff so that should tell you a lot. Elevators barely work, even the new ones they installed go down often. I even got stuck in the elevators twice while living here. Oh and not to mention my car that I pay to park here also was ...booted. This place is a joke. Honorable mention: Apartments have roaches and homeless people live in the stairwells.Property Manager Responded

March 22, 2022This place is disgusting.. roaches.. homeless people sleep in the stairwell.. the fire alarm goes off at least once a month.. there was a shooting on the fourth floor. Management changes every six months because no one wants to even work there. This place is not dog friendly.Review from Apartments.com
Do Not Live Here
March 10, 2022Unless you're desperate, don't live here. Here's everything that has happened since I moved here in August: - The elevator has been down every other month for several days at a time. It is currently down with no date in site for it to be back online. - There are homeless people living in the stairwell and sleeping in the hallways. They have started a fire in the stairwells in the winter to stay warm - There was a triple shooting in Building 1 and no resident in Building 2 received any ...communication while the incident was happening or afterwards - The property management does not maintain anything- the printer in the business center has been broken for months, the recycling center is disgusting (and someone is living in it), the dog run is trashed. The media room doesn't have a working television. Don't worry though- the parking garage will boot you no problem.Property Manager Responded

Management is difficult to work with
August 24, 2019We have only lived here 3 months and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. If you need a maintenance request fulfilled, you usually have to go through the emergency line or check back in with the office multiple times until it’s addressed. And when they do show up, they do a terrible job (have multiple examples of where things were worse than before). There’s pest problems, even in the renovated units. We’ve had several lost packages. We also were charged for a “lost” parking permit when we ...got a windshield replaced and requested a new sticker, even when providing repair documentation. Nowhere is this written in the rules, and we were given 24 hours to pay and and an insincere apology. It feels like management thinks they can get away with treating tenants with poor customer service because the turnover rate is high with students. Decent rent prices for location, but overall a disappointing experience.Property Manager Responded

Terrible Management
June 9, 2018New management has doubled down on booting every car in the parking garage whether they should be booted or not. Can’t get guest passes or renew outside regular hours making parking for guests a complete disaster- there are constantly several cars booted in the lot with no option but to pay an outrageous fine. Management also loses paperwork, residents information and struggle to manage he property. I’m shocked they manage to function as a business.Property Manager Responded

inconvenient for residents
February 29, 2016Very inconvenient for the residents especially your friends come here. You need to ask for a parking permit for the cars of your friends from the leasing office. But the leasing office close after 5pm and Sunday. So you can not ask permits for these hours. And your friends can not park their car here.
