I love birch lake townhomes! I’ve been here, coming up on 6 years. Wish I could purchase this place versus rent because I love the staff, neighbors, and neighborhood. We respect quiet hours and take pride in our community. There’s various wildlife rabbits, deer, squirrels even saw a possum once late at night! Close to everything yet far enough from city noise. Various lakes and walking/biking trails. White Bear Lake is a beautiful town to live in!

My wife and I have been living here for over 5 years and we could not be happier. Mark and the team he has built are always ready to help and to do what is needed to make living here as enjoyable as possible.
