I Don't Recomend
December 29, 2016The staff is unprofessional, they don't return calls or e mails and harass the senior tenants the are on limited income. My Mother is 90 years old and lived there for 4 years, the Property Manager continually harassed her and I, since my name was on the lease. They evicted her because she had too many plants in the balcony yet I walked around the complex and saw the same amount in other balconies. My Mother's apartment was flooded three times due to pipes breaking in adjacent apartments. The ...time they had a restoration crew come in to dry the carpet and the walls. This crew made holes in the wall of the bathroom and when I moved my Mother out they tried to charge us for repairs. Her Kitchen linoleum was lifted and cracked due to these flooding incidents, again they tried to blame us for repairs. The Kitchen was infested with some type of weevils/bugs which they sprayed for a couple of times yet never eradicated them. I don't recommend Heritage Park Escondido based on the way my 90 year old Mother was treated the 4 years she lived there. Don't believe all those wonderful reviews on their website, the community is NOT as great as it sounds. Especially to Senior Citizens on fixed income.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Heritage Park great for seniors
August 9, 2015I just moved in a week ago, and already love my new home. It is in a quiet, pleasant part of town. It is right next to two grocery stores and a drug store. The post office is just down the street. The maintenance crew and office staff are super efficient and friendly. The buildings and grounds are impeccable. And, my rent is under $1000 a month including renters insurance and parking.Review from Apartments.com
